  description designed as a phased development, paired units were arranged in two rows perpendicular to the incline of the slope, running east/west, in order for all living spaces/ private gardens to enjoy south light. addressing issues of sustainable living, each unit has an overall internal footprint of 4.4 x 14.1; extra bedrooms are incorporated within a modified roofscape.
