xiling is a picturesque town tightly nestled on the banks of two fast flowing rivers.
the ambitions of ctd is to regenerate the town into the administrative centre for the national park where most employees will be resident.
new buildings will include schools, offices, cultural and sports facilities and retail.
the concept aims to closely relate these new buildings to the river by use of weirs and terraces. |
