to the park, the proposal is enmeshed in issues of sustainability
and the promotion and celebration of timber. three components
are expressed; a large timber tower containing water tank &
hopper, a community hall, and the main facilities (protected
by a timber canopy). all ancillary spaces are then contained
within a concrete retaining structure which is buried into the
hillside. |
